dark patches on my buttocks and lower back, not pimples, no pain or scratching, etc (photos)

Heloo

I have some dark (not black, just dark, compared to the ordinary brown color of my skin), on my buttocks and lower back above the buttocks. I didnt notice their existence when I was young, but I started to pay attention to them since like 5 years now. now I am 23 going to get married next summer, and I want them off. some one told me they are caused by sweat .. maybe it was indeed a sweat that wasnt cleaned off in the right time, and it left those marks..

I give good care to my cleanness, and I tried to clean them with normal and moisturizing soap with hot water and a hard sponge, but it didnt help.

There are no pimples, no pain, no rough skin, or special sensation.. just like the other parts of the skin, but darker.

What can they be and how can I remove them ?

EDIT : I have just found some photos of people having the same thing (it seems it is wide spread  ). U can see those semi horizontal or diagonal dark patches or lines or whatever, on the buttocks of the people in these photos. Please get your eyes little closer to the screen to notice them :

Hello,

I cannot confirm anything without examination, but it can be due to hyperpigmentation.Althought you have sent me the sample photos of people having such patches, but nothing can be predicted without examination.Pls consult a dermatologist for that.

I hope that helps. Please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries. Kind regards.

Thanx very much kindd

You have diagonsed my condition and given me the treatment. But before I start trying the cure, I would like you to tell me that you are 100% sure that my condition is indeed a hyperpigmentation which is caused according to internet sources by unusual increase of melanin. Because I never like to use medicine unless I really need it, I think unproper medicine can harm instead of heal. So please tell me that you are sure of my condition, so I proceed with searching the nearest pharmacy for treatments that contain AHA.

Appreciate your effort to help me

Hello,

Your symptoms are suggestive ofhyperpigmentation. The treatment for hyperpigmentation includes various skin creams like hydroquinone, azelaic acid, corticosteroids, tretinoin cream and laser treatment.Skin creams containing AHA(alpha hydroxyl acid)are also useful. If it still persists then you can go in for laser treatment, dermal fillers,Chemical peeling or microdermabrasion. Avoid harsh scrubbing, and abrasive treatments unless prescribed by a dermatologist during this period.

Hope it helps.Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.
