dark spot on the skin of my penis

i have two dark spots on the skin on my penis that covers the head and i wonder can i treat them with medicine called triclobacter. i use it for spots im gettin cuz im not dryin my body summertime ... and i believe those might be the same but the skin on my penis seems to be so tender and im not sure if that's a good option ? can somebody tell me something bout it ?

Freckles are clusters of concentrated melanin and are non contagious. If these brown spots are freckles or lentigo, then your girlfriend cannot get them from you.

I cannot confirm anything without examination but you should not use the cream without your doctor’s guidance. From the symptoms that you have described it can be a freckle or a lentigo . You cannot remove lentigo at home. Cryosurgery using liquid nitrogen and laser are the main treatment modalities. Although there are many skin creams like hydroquinone and salicylic acid, but their use needs prescription .I would recommend a dermatologist’s consultation for this.
