hi...i noticed a small bump or lump and my scrotum...i tried to squeeze it but nothing happened...eventually it popped and a little white puss came out then blood...i have not left it alone and everytime it dries up i pop it and puss comes out again...i am very worried ...is this a sign of an std,,,it is only one bump...not many

No, it's a sign of a cyst, which is a common thing on the scrotum.  These are filled with white material, which is dead skin cells, although it looks like pus.  Just leave it alone and show it to a doctor next time you go.

I am not a doctor, but in my 20's I noticed a small lump on my scrotum as well. I worried myself sick. Turned out to be a sebaceous cycst and not a thing to worry about. I am sure the Doctor will have reassuring news for you as well.
