Anal itch and recurrent boil

Good morning, I would like you to help me with this.

The whole thing started in March when I used a shaving stick which I had earlier used to shave my pubic hair and as a result of this I had about 7 boils around my genitals with about 4 on my scrotal sac and 2 in my anal region. I also had this crazy itching back then which I thought was as a result of my shaving my pubic hair and because I was in school I visited the clinic but without any examination whatsoever the doctor gave me  an antibiotics and fungal cream to rub around the region and the whole boil disappeared and the itching subsided greatly.

However, I noticed that for sometime now the itching has been persistent in my anal region and I've had close to some boils now at the mouth of my rectum. one of it became soft by itself and dispel the puss in it while the other two have become a little bit hardened and less painful. another boil is also on my buttocks. I have searched the net but couldn't get any cure whatsoever and I'm at a place where I can't get to see a doctor.

I would like to know what this could be and how to effectively treat it.
