infection in penis glans
hi,i am 21 years old.i have a infection on my penis head under my foreskin , it looks like reddish/brown patches . the patches are not fully spreaded over glans of penis. the patches are partially filled up in glans. and when in a non erection the glans of penis looks like scaly skin over it. it does not cause me pain or itchy.what is it? i can see these patches too in the opening of penis which i urinate.what kind of infection is it?

i had a similar situation and the dermotolgist said it was a allergy reaction. Gave me some cordizon cream and it went away. He said anything we eat or drink gets into our blood all any reaction will end up in this area as is sensitive to reactions. Go see a doc to make sure , he might want to do a small biopsy
