invisible bugs

I may have posted this before, I have tried many things, they gotten  a little better but still here.

I have these invisible bugs which showed up in my home twice a year, spring and fall, they leave in the winter months. but they only stick to my skin and my husband skin. Everyone else feel them but they don't stick on their skin. If I use insect spray they will come back and sting me with whatever I spray them with. I stopped eating sugar, I use windex, the doctor gave me triamcinolone and cream and nothing worked, using mouthwash, vinegar and borax. They are a little better but still getting into my head and on my feet and the same on my husband. Also I cleans myself at night and feel free, however they are so bad in the house, when I move about in the house they get back on me. The doctor act like I a loosing my mind. I feel like there is no help for me,  I read all the subjections, I'm tried all but they are not leaving fast enough. Thanks everyone.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These symptoms can be due to body lice or scabies bite which is extremely contagious. Treatment for both is the same. Wash the Clothing, bedding, and towels in hot water and dry them in sun after machine drying them. Topical permethrin or Lindane cream may be needed which are available by prescription only.
Please get investigated for these two possibilities from a dermatologist.

I hope it helps. It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I been to a medical doctor and a dermatologist, because they don't see any marks on my body, They act like I am crazy, The dermatologist gave me a cream called Triamcinolone it did not help. I told the doctors the family feel them, but they seem to brushed me off. I will let them know what you said about the lindane cream. Thanks

Ceratopogonidae No see ums (invisible) are very small gnats that travel in swarms and deliver an irritating bite. They are also known as midges or sandflies. Bug bombing, tenting, Deet or any other repellents do not work! This is a guide about keeping no see ums from biting. TURN YOUR AIR CONDITIONER DOWN TO 62 DEGREES!!!! http://www.thriftyfun.com/Keeping-No-See-Ums-from-Biting-1.html
