itchy bumps on hands and fingers

For a few months, I have been getting bumps on my fingers and palms that itch (especially in the morning).  They grow to a point, then begin to harden, flake, and heal.  After healing, I notice a loss of flesh / muscle at the point at which the growth occured.  Each spot will last for a few weeks before healing and disappearing.  It's driving me crazy.  Any recomendations?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms one of the possibilities that can present with such symptoms is dyshidrotic eczema. The other possibility is of eczema. Scabies is an infestation of the skin with the Sarcoptes scabiei mite. It is characterized by intense itching, usually at night and by small insect-type bites lesions on the skin. Diagnosis of scabies is made by scraping the skin and viewing the material under a microscope to see the characteristic mite or eggs.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

I am reading tonight because i have these little annoying pin head type blisters on my right hand only. It started on my index finder in 2002 and now my entire palm and in between fingers i get them occassionaly, if this is contagious it should be on my other hand, face and any part of my bosy i touch, but now im concerned because looks like my 5 yr old austistic son has it on both hands. I can deal with it as i break out rarely. One doc said stress but she was not the best dr ive worked with. Anyone find a creme or solution?
