MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
Treatment for such increased sweating usually involves antiperspirants like aluminium chloride (20-25%) in 70-90% alcohol, wearing light and cotton clothes, taking cool refreshing baths, maintaining the temperature in your homes and cars and avoiding strenuous activities.

Also since you are perimenopausal, taking hormone replacement therapy may help.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
