hundreds of Blackheads on nose

Hello.
I have a horrible problem that i do not want to get worse. I have hundreds of blackheads on my nose. I spoke with a dermatologist about it and i left with a prescription for adapalene. After a month of application on my nose, the problem has not improved. I am having a difficult time understanding how the product could be working. Is there another product that i should be using with the adapalene gel? Is there something else that i could be using? I have noticed over the years that my personal hygene products have caused my hair loss. And when my biore ice cleaner stops it's normal ice cleaner function, it is easy to suspect tampering. I need to know about black heads and a tamper proof regiment. I was asked if i had any enemies by the campus security when reporting a stolen wheel. I do not think that living with  someone's effort to damage my appearance, when i did no such thing; is fair game. I need some kind of treatment for these black heads because as far as i can tell it has developed to be a major problem.

Have you called the dermatologist you went to and let them know that what they gave you isn't working?   I'd recommend starting there since it's important to let a doctor know if what they gave you isn't working.

For blackheads in general, you should wash your face at least twice a day.  You will want to use an exfoliate twice a week or so, and you can use a clay mask as well.  You can also have them removed by a professional in order to see if that helps.  Typically for acne related concerns, I've seen two products work well for people- one is called Proactive and the other is Unblemish by Rodan and Fields- both of those products you should be able to Google and order from their web sites, if you wanted to give one a try.
