little dark brown spot with surrounding light brown skin on penis shaft

hi, I am 20 years old male and I am concerned about one of my problem which is a small dark brown spot on my penis shaft. the spot is flat and surrounded by little light brown skin. the spot has no pain no discomfort in any mean. I am a virgin and concerned about that spot. I found it 3 weeks earlier and has no change in shape, color or size till date.

It could just be a patch of dry skin or something along those lines- if it doesn't change, hurt, itch, or bother you- that's all a good sign that it's nothing to worry about.  
If it's bothering you visually and/or you just need some peace of mind about it- you can always get it checked out by a doctor to get a diagnosis.
