You can get internal and external haemorrhoids.
It may also be a skin tag. Skin tags are small harmless pieces of skin that can grow anywhere on the body.
Pin worm or thread worms would cause a lot of anal itching at night time and sometimes they are visible when you empty your bowels.
If you have a skin tag these can be easily removed by the doctor if it is bothering you.
Thank you every one there for your concern. So its about worms. Should i take something to deworm meself?
It depends on what type of worm you have.
Thread worms (also known as pin worms) tend to cause itching at night time when the female comes out and lays eggs near the anal opening. These look like white thin threads and sometimes you can see them on your faeces like little moving threads or coming out of your anal passage to lay their eggs. Hence their name.
If you are not sure if you do have worms, make an appointment to see your doctor who can arrange for you to have a stool test or a blood test.
You can buy from the pharmacy Reese's Pinworm Medicine or get a prescription from your doctor for Vermox to treat threadworms.
You need different medicines for the different worms and parasites.
A good website that shows you pictures of the different types of worms and parasites and the medication that is used to eradicate them is:

To avoid getting contaminated and ingesting worm eggs (these cannot be seen by the naked eye) always wash your hands after using the toilet or touching the pan and after touching soil. Always wash your hands before eating food and ensure that the food you eat is washed and in the case of meat and fish ensure these are thoroughly cooked. There is a risk of getting tapeworm from undercooked contaminated pork and beef.
I hope you have the information you require.
Just a word of reassurance, do not worry about have worms (if you have them) anyone can get them, so it is important to have good hygiene. If there are other members in the household, they too will have to be treated as well as yourself.
Good luck.
