MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms the possibility of folliculitis is possible but since the red non itchy bumps are spreading, other possibilities like some viral infection also needs to be ruled out. I suggest you to get an evaluation done from a dermatologist to confirm the diagnosis.
It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

ive had the same thing as you, it cant be dermitattis because it doesnt itch, not bed bugs also because it doesnt itch, not an alergic reaction sutch as hives because its not sore, if you have been sweating alot lately this could be a fungus that you get from sweating and not properly cleaning yourself afterwards things i sugest shower with warm watter put a cram called Xyloderm that is produced by AstraZeneca place it on top of each red bumps if it still shows after a week then it could be alergies such things you could do is change your laundry soap and your bath soap to a child's formula witch is always better for sensitive skin. ^^
