pea size lump

I have had this pea size hard lump in my upper arm for just about a yr now. Every time I went to my dr I would forget to tell her. Last week I told her. She kept pushing and touching it she don't have a clue to what it really could be so I'm now waiting for a sono. Its tender when you push on it. She did say it's hooked to the soft tissue. I was just wondering if anyone has any idea of what it could be. I do have soft lumps in my neck that I have been to a few drs that has gave me so many different sayings. I have got a pea size lymph node it was bigger but dr gave me meds and it went down last year. 3 years ago I lost 70 pounds and now I have alot fatty tumors on my stomach, upper legs I now weigh 145. I get alot of leg pains. That i didn't have before. I have bad disk problems in my back plus my spinal canal is full of cyts. I also have a device implanted into my head for headaches. I don't know if all this information helps or not. I just am so scared of cancer. The only thing the dr told me was its some form of a tumor. But what kind is what i want to know. What is a sono going tell us? Nothing really. I think it should be tested. What does anyone else think??

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
This soft tissue lump can be a cyst or a benign tumor like lipoma or sarcoma. Exactly what it is can be ascertained only after FNAB. FNAB is aspiration of the material of the glands which is done by a fine gauge needle (22 or 25 gauge) and a syringe. This will confirm the diagnosis.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.

Let me start by saying congratulations!

It could be a soft tissue sarcoma. Harmless enough, but annoying.
Not sure what exactly the sonogram is going to show, but I'm sure your doctor would do a biopsy for you if you ask.
Was blood work done?
