pea sized bump on ridges of anus

Help! I'm a 22 year old female and I noticed a couple days ago a pea sized lump maybe a quarter inch above my anus, kind of outside on the ridges. It doesn't hurt, nor is it itchy. It doesn't bleed either. It feels squishy actually. What is this and how do I get ride of it??? How did I get it??? I was  constipated last week could that be the reason???

Sometimes when we are constipated we can get a hemmorhoid by the pushing down.  But they are right by the anus and hurt.  This is on your but cheek?  Ingrown hair, little cyst?  pimple?  See if it goes away ---  but it doesn't sound like anything to worry about.  good luck
