It's likely that you just need to improve your hygiene a little bit- try to make sure that you keep yourself clean and if it doesn't get better, you should take a trip to the doctor to make sure that you don't have an infection.

But I wash it daily with soap while bath
If you don't think it's from needing to improve hygiene, you should get to a doctor to check to see if you need to treat a bacterial or yeast infection- the only way to know for sure the source of the itching is by a doctors exam. Hope it feels better soon!
Hello I had visited to doctor and he had give me a cream
I am using it for 2 days and my iching is almost gone but my foreskin is tight (previous I was able to pull it back without any pain )but now if I try it pain

The cream could be causing a tightening- you can call your doctor to follow up and let them know of the new symptom you are experiencing. They should know, just in case the cream is causing it.
