pimples on the shaft of my penis

Hi, for as long as I can remember I have these little white pimples on the shaft of my penis. I assume that these are hair follicles. My question is that one of these is just slightly larger and stands out more. What could this be? I have also never had sex before.

thankyou

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
These white bumps are Fordyce spots. They are small, painless, raised, pale or white spots or bumps 1 to 3 mm in diameter that may appear on the shaft of the penis. The spots are a form of ectopic sebaceous gland, and are not known to be associated with any disease or illness and are of cosmetic concern only. They are non-infectious and a natural occurrence on the body.

They should be got removed only for cosmetic reasons as they are normally found on the penis.
Hope it helps. Take care and pls do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional queries.Kind regards.

These small papules are best described as embryological remnants. They are usually located around the circumference of the crown of the glans penis. It can be a single lesion but usually They are multiple in number and small (about 1-3mm).

May I know more what its appearance or see it just send it in my msg to make it private...

this is part of again process... its not so worry about...
