rash on face and shoulders

i have a pimple-like rash on my face under my lips. it is a little itchy, but not intolerable. i have had it now for over a month. now it is also on my shoulders and my hands are starting to get itchy but i dont see any bumps. i just had my teeth pulled and got dentures (im only 29). the bumps seemed to start clearing up while i was on antibiotics, but not completely. i also have a thin dark line along the edge of my lower lip. I tried an antifungal cream, but it didn't do anything so i switched to neosporin, but that doesn't seem to be helping either. I have no allergies that i am aware of. i do live in florida however and it has been humid lately. a lot of rain in the summer time. please, if anyone knows what might be causing this let me know...i have never had a problem with acne and i have been cleaning my face several times a day just in case. it does seem to get worse when i sweat, but even when i stay in the air conditioning, it doesn't clear up. please help.

The rash has gotten worse. it's around my nose and is spreading across my cheeks. i also noticed that my left cheek is a little swollen today and so is part of my nose. it's very mild swelling, hardly noticable. i am going to make an appointment today with my doctor. i have been reading about rosacea too and it sounds kind of like that. Today my nose, cheeks and lips are really red, but there is no burning and the itching is mostly just around the nose, the rest of the rash isn't itching. i will keep you guys posted in case anyone else is having this problem as well.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
It can be perioral dermatitis. Perioral dermatitis is a chronic papulopustular and eczematous facial dermatitis. Treatment consists of oral antibiotics and anti-inflammatory drugs. A mild soap or soap substitute, such as Dove or Cetaphil should be used for washing. Scrubbing should be avoided.

If the symptoms are not controlled by topical antibiotics, then oral antibiotics may be needed. Please consult your dermatologist and discuss this with him.

I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.
