rash spreading quickly

Please could somebody take a look at the rash below, it started a couple of weeks ago just before I was about to move house. At first it was one red spot that got bigger and now its all over my tummy, chest, back, and has started to appear on my arms today. A couple of parts are quite dry, but don't really itch, and I've had headache and cold like symptoms. Please help!

Don't freak out! You are perfectly fine, I had the exact same thing about a year ago. Its called Psoriasis Rosacea, if I remember correctly. The pictures online are awful and misleading, so my advice is don't look at those.
If this is the same thing I had, it starts as one big spot that gets red and dry. Then soon turns into a bunch of little spots, sometimes itchy, sometimes not. What my doctor told me is to take antibiotics, and use eczema lotion or cream. Along with oatmeal soaps, scrubs, and/or bubble baths.
I still recommended you go to the doctors incase it is something else. Or if not, to get the antibiotics.
best of luck! (:
