ringworm?

So i had a couple red bumps, a couple on the back of my thighs,on on my butt cheek and the last on my left arm. They were red for about a day or two and then turned into a light circular scab.
I picked one on my arm and nothing came out, but then i got some more little bumps around it but they weren't red at all. I still have the scabs and they've been there for about a week and a half now. What could this be? Ringworm?
HELP!

Hi, I have been fighting ringworm for about 3 weeks now and I feel like I'm going insane....seriously.... At first there was 1...then 5....now about 25 of the little bastards... I started using OTC creams and it didn't work...then I went to my Dr. and got a script for that Keta something....and started changing clothes 2 times a day, taking a shower, then the cream again.... It's a neverending cycle of starting to clear up then finding more...I hate this.....I'm now trying tea tree oil and a soap with it in it too....we'll see...I'm up late itching like crazy.....

Could this go away by itself without treatment?

Hi,

This may be folliculitis or ring worm infection.

Folliculitis- This is caused by infection in the duct of the hair or the oil glands which causes swelling, redness, pain and pus discharge.

Ring worm is also known as Tinea Corporis and is typically circular or annular in nature, with central clearing.

Folliculitis is treated by antibiotics; if a fungal infection, then hygiene and cleanliness are the norm. This should be accompanied by anti-fungal- oral and local application.

You may have to visit your doctor for examination and confirmation of these lesions and then appropriate treatment.
Hope this helped. Let me know if you may need any more information.

Best regards
