Severe Itching, please help

I have had this problem for around 7 years now when I get hot I start to itch all over my body. Once I start to sweat the itching stops. It is more of a burning itch. It is worse in the winter, I don't know if this is because of the dry air or because it just takes me longer to break a sweat when it is cold outside so I itch longer. I have been to doctors and they all say dry skin but I dont' think  this is it.  At one time I was putting on baby oil when I got out of the shower, I would use lotion around 5 times a day and at night I would rub vaseline all over my body and that didn't help.  When I scratch my skin will get extremely red.  When I start to itch, on the bottom of my arms little red dots will appear all over my arms and small bumps will appear on the bottom of my arm, they almost look like little blisters.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
From the symptoms it sounds like sweat dermatitis. Treatment options include oral antihistaminics like Benadryl and Claritin or non sedating antihistaminics like zyrtec; topical steroids for skin rashes and itching and oral steroids in more severe cases. Application of calamine lotion also helps in soothing the skin. Also try to keep your skin sweat free by taking regular baths and wearing cotton free flowing clothes.

If the symptoms persist then please consult an allergist/dermatologist.
I hope it helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing or if you have any additional doubts. Kind regards.

Have you done an elimination diet? You might be allergic to something you're eating. I am probably stating the obvious, but check your laundry detergents, dryer pads. You should only use detergents and soaps for people with allergies. I can't use bleach on anything, or my ankles burn, never any rash.
You probably have eczema, there are many types of eczema and it affects everyone differently.  Moisturizers won't help if your skin isn't dry. There are allot of natural things that you can eat that can help.
Your immune system is overreacting to things you come in contact with everyday. Your immune system is in your digestive tract. Chances are you have problems digesting certain food.
There are allot of books on the subject, but don't expect any help from your doctor. They are only interested in the quick buck.
