Dr.,
I had unprotected sex several times in the last year. Within the past 4 months, one small skin colored bump appeared on the shaft of my penis. I picked at it, thinking it might just go away, it seems to have grown a very little bit, maybe from the trauma of aggressively picking at it. It has stayed roughly the same size since that incident. It is painless. Also, I have several very small bumps on the underside of my penis, near the area where my foreskin would have been (below the head). They are very very small and you can't see them unless you pull the skin very far apart and look in good light. Also, it is notable that I have been masturbating without lotion for perhaps 5-6 months, for whatever reason, daily or bi-daily. At times I have suffered some very temporary irritation down there from prolonged dry masturbation. I'm wondering if it's possible these little bumps could be calluses from my prolonged dry masturbatory behavior? I'm super worried obviously about all of this. What do you think? Thank you so so much for your time!!!!
