small white bumps on penis

I am a virgin, but for as long as I have known, I have had small white bumps around the base, shaft, almost head and near scrotum - seen some in other areas; like, the niples. It does not hurt or itch. What is this? Noticing it at 13, I had no worry about it, but it has began to take its tole on me come around my current age. Having this problem has lead me to avoid relationships, to avoid sexual contact and a possible embarrasment. Any one know what it is?

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,

How old are you?

If this has been present since you were 13,then this may not be due to an underlying infection. Some differentials for this will be sweat glands or sebaceous glands that may appear to be prominent in these areas.

Have you had this assessed by a dermatologist? This may resolve in time. This does not sound urgent to require further intervention, but I do understand that for aesthetic reasons you may not feel comfortable about these.

Discuss this with your dermatologist. At this point,  I suggest that you just continue to observe them. They are more likely benign.
