Hello,
On average, IPL costs between $300 and $600 dollars per treatment. You can purchase a package of several treatment visits, which can reduce the total costs. I hope it helps. Take care and regards.

Hello,
I am not very sure of the efficacy and the related side effects of these tattoo removal creams but laser removal although expensive has been found to be the best treatment for tattoo removal. Another technique is Intense Pulsed Light Therapy. It is dermal enhancer in which instead of laser light, it uses high intensity light.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your doctor. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
