Irritated/Sweaty/Sticky Scrotum

So I'll shorten this as much as possible.  I was diagnosed with Chronic Prostatitis a few years back and been struggling with it ever since.  I've been having problems with my scrotum lately.  Because of this I thought it was the prostate problem reoccurring so I went to a urologist.  I've been to three urologists over the last year and came up clear on all urine analysis's for std's.  I also had a prostate exam and nothing.  So I was told to see a dermatologist about the irritated scrotum.  I can't see one for a few months so I ended up here at this website hoping to find an answer.  My symptoms are as follows:

Sticky scrotum all day
Wake up in the morning with sweaty moist genitals
Scrotum is constantly constricted (never relaxed)
Scrotum is always red in color
Scrotum is not always painful, but flares up every few months
Scrotum sticks to side of legs when wearing boxers
Skin on underside of penis is sticky as well most of the time
Head of penis sometimes looks scaly

I've tried the following:

Baby powder
Lamisil Cream (antifungal for jock itch)
Moisturizer (read that it helps)
Hypoallergenic soaps and detergent

Nothing has seemed to help.  The baby powder gives relief, but is a nuisance applying all the time.
Is there anything else I haven't thought of?????????

I hope that you have gotten well, I have been dealing with a similar issue for over 2 years, I have visited different Doctors and disciplines and still not cure.
My issue started when I used Lamisil foot spray thinking that some house I had infected my scrotum with a foot fungus. I would like to think that my issue is slowly getting better, but I am also concerned with the many medications that I have used including Protopic 1.0

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hello,
To completely rule out any fungal infection, you need to get a KOH examination of the skin scarpings done. Also please check if you are having increased sweating in the area which can also cause such symptoms. If there is any increased sweating, treatment usually involves antiperspirants like aluminium chloride (20-25%) in 70-90% alcohol, Iontophoresis (applying low intensity electric to the palms and/or soles immersed in an electrolyte solution), botox treatment and surgery if none of the above methods are helpful.

It is very difficult to precisely confirm a diagnosis without examination and investigations and the answer is based on the medical information provided. For exact diagnosis, you are requested to consult your dermatologist. I sincerely hope that helps. Take care and please do keep me posted on how you are doing.
