what are these weird bumps and pinkish patches on my penis shaft and scrotum ?

I'm 23 years old, never indulged into any sexual relations till now and I have these bumps and red pinkish color from past 4-5 years whose appearance changed little bit over these years.
These lesions/bumps/patches doesn't hurt burn or itch at all  and i can do masturbate like a normal man.
Only problem with this is that it looks weird as I'm completely sexually healthy and have no sort of any sex related problem.
This problem has started when i was in 9th class(5-6 years back) with a simple bump on left side of penis shaft and have now grown into the following which you can see from the pics.

If it is Molluscum Contagiosum ?

Please tell me how to get it resolved as I'm mentally tensed and couldn't focus on studies and exams are nearer and my parents wants to get me married on 2 year or so. I'm really embarrassed to tell it to anyone.

I think about half of the men that come to this site complain of that. If there is no pain, no puss, or any other symptom, then it is totally normal. May look awful but it's normal. Ask a dermatologist for help if it really bothers you.
If it's any consolation, my husband and three grown sons say that they have bumps all over the place too. If my husband were contagious, I would have something going on by now.
Fordyce spots
These are tiny white or yellowish spots, found on the head of the penis or the shaft.
Pearly penile papules are also normal. They are very small bumps, the same colour as your skin, but with a pearly appearance. They usually appear around the glans (head) of the penis in a row.
Genital warts
They are pink, brown, ivory-coloured or black (depending on your skin shade). Warts are generally odd shaped and either stick up or hang down.
If you're still worried after reading this, you should see a doctor.
