Sounds like you have been to the dermatologist?  Have you been picking at the areas?  That can definitely make it worse.  A doctor who gives you an exam in person is going to be your most accurate way to get a diagnosis.  Is it possible you are letting these spots bother you a bit too much?  Is that what the dermatologist was saying?

he said folliculitis and ive been on 4 antibiotics keflix 3 times and bactorum  cause I had a staph infection in that same area 8 monthes ago and it sort of cleared up     skin got real thin and those bumps poked through and they had hairs mixed in with them   so in this area on my face ive had 4 lesions and now have 3 lesions with one that just closed up but skin is real thin    the problem I got now is 2 lesions on jaw bone and other under chin and when I picked at them I was trying to get the hairs out that were ingrown cause they hurt really bad and I cant get a scab to take without it turning to mush or it scabs over with old plugs ive never seen anything like it and the crazy part is what is coming out of it but ill leave that out for now
Do you have another dermatologist that you can go to for a second opinion?  I agree with not picking at it- that can make it so much worse, cause infections, and slow healing- but maybe having another doc look at it to be sure of what is going on isn't a bad idea either.
I had this same problem for 10 years.  Turns out it was a drug allergy.  Got off the drugs and I have sore free for the first time in 10 years!  I tried all the treatments for folliculitis, demodex, acne prescription drugs, yeast creams, colloidal silver etc.  Three dermatologist (one who said I was crazy and just picked at my skin too much) and three GP doctors.  No answers.  I ended up figuring it out on my own.  It may not even be the main ingredient in what you are taking...could be one of the non active ingredients, just an allergy all the same.  Best of luck!
