what could this be?
This started a couple monthes ago on my bf hand, it started small but has now grown to cover whole hand. He suffers from psoriasis on other parts of his body. Any ideas?
It could be psoriasis. Some people get some help from neem oil soap. I'm not sure if taking any form of neem internally is safe, although you may want to read up and see if the neem leaf type is safe. I have never used it that way and my understanding is that it can be poisonous, at least in some form.
