Child Neck Discoloration

My daughter's neck has recently started changing colors. It is currently turning darker than her original skin color.  Her underarms have also turned a bit darker and the surface has little raised bumps. Could this be a sign of diabetes?

okay im 13 years of age and really worried i have neck discoloration and was told i could diabetes is it possible

Yes, certainly get her tested. Even if she doesn't have it its better safe than sorry.
