Anthony

I am a 60 year old Diabetic who has an alchohol dependency. I have tried various types of drinks in an effort to find one that has a minimal adverse effect on my sugar levels. Can anyone advise me.
I have tried many times to stop drinkig sometimes giving up for up to one year but always end up back on the drink.

Thanks for your comment. It's not what I wanted to hear but at the end of the day I suppose I have to face the facts.
I just thought different alchohol types had varying carbohydrate levels
Thanks againg Anthony

Sorry no one can give you that advise.  ALL alcohol WILL effect your sugar levels.
