Hello
Many people with diabetes do find that exercise Can raise blood sugar,  particularly if the exercise is vigorous. Conversely you may also  low blood sugar several hours later.  Everyone is individual. Some people can v use a beta blocker to prevent the exercise vbb induce rise.  You can ask your doctor about this. Else may need to take medication / insulin prior to exercise.  This should also be discussed with your Dr.
