I can't stop and I don't want to die. Does anyone have food issues and how do you deal?

Choose Life!!
Just because it's edibl, doesn't make it food. Stick to whole single ingredient foods, oatmeal, apples, cheese, eggs, chicken, etc.
It's easier if you don't allow processed foods in your home, as well. Eat nothing from a prepackaged box or can.
If you must have sweets, try making a keto friendly dessert which carries very little carbs.
You can do this!!

Since my diagnosis in July, I have become obsessed with food. I really struggle with my diet. My doctor said I should try limiting carbs to 50 per day. I read all labels and make sure I am eating protein with carbs. I find that I get headaches when I don't eat properly. I started logging my food because it helps keep me on the right track.
