Super Cold Hands

My sugar is normally in the 150 range in the morning but sometimes around 225. I am not sure what my AIC level is at the time. I have a terrible time with my fingers getting cold but when the temperature is above 65 degrees the problem goes away. My doctor doesn't really give me a concrete answer, could it be due to experience before I got sugar and my hands got almost frost bitten in my younger years. I am 67 now and thinking about moving to a year round warmer climate.
