I have type 2. My A1C is 5.9. Is honey off limits? I bought some green Arizona tea but has a small amount of honey in it.
Honey is a carbohydrate (carb) and like all carbs it will raise your BG. How much depends on you and how much honey you eat. Your test meter will tell you if you can eat honey
