How to fill up a diabetic foot ulcer/diabetic fo wound?

Am a Male of 58yrs and have type 2 diabetics since 15+ yrs but have normal glucose levels past 10yrs. Got wound because of callause and it deepened as a hole by automatic shredding.it comes and shreds but no pus and itching.Doctors on seeing told it recurs..but I want to have a healthy leg with no wounds as I deserve for it atleast since I dnt have any other health complications and have good diet,exercise and weight maintanace.Pls help me ASAP.

You need to see a wound care specialist.  Foot wounds in people with diabetes need to be taken very seriously.   Otherwise they can result in amputations.

You say your blood sugar is good?  What is your hba1c?  the best outcomes for wound healing will occur with hba1c of as close to normal as possible.  Normal is < 5.0.

Typical ranges of blood sugar that are within normal range and give best healing will be about 70 - 120 (with fasting ideally < 95, and post eating peak numbers less than 120.

Thnq so much.. I learned new things frm ur comment. For nw.. I dnt remember my hb1ac but my sugar levels are like:
Before breakfast:-  93-133
After breakfast:-  109-140

These are my lowest and highest ranges so far.

I think if you leave it alone to heal, it will heal properly by itself. Why is it a callous in the first place? have you fixed the issue that is causing the callous?
