I take Jardiance with insulin and Tradjenta.  I do not have any side effects from any of it, and together, they are controlling my blood sugars so much better than Metformin did.

I could not take it. Yeast infection and tired. I have been thru quite a few meds. Always side effects. Use a modified Keto type diet and one 500 Metformin in the morning to keep fasting to 200. Can’t seem to tolerant it at night. Tried a new herbal product -fasting dropped to 155 for 2 days so far in the AM. I will see if it continues. No side effects so far. I have been looking for a more natural way to control this.

I am no longer on Jardiance.  It did lower my blood sugers, but I had the typical side effects of constant thirst and bathroom trips, as well as yeast infections.  But the one that got me to say 'no more' was the absolute EXHAUSTION.  I'd have to take a nap after work before going to the gym because I couldn't function.  Weekends were 4-5 hour naps each day.  At first I thought it was just the disease progressing - I was on Invokana first, and after the black box warning, I told my doctor I was stopping.  After 3 months off of Invokana, and having energy to do whatever I wanted, she put me on Jardiance.  After 3 months and the exhaustion back, I stopped that too.
