Is this Hypoglcemia?

my fasting blood suger level was 78. my pyshical was all normal.my doctor had me take a 6 hour blood glucose test. the levels were normal but in one hour it went to 58. ive read below 50 is only to worry? she really did not give me much help. i also had a question to if this is not normal i occasionally like to have beers and is this okay?

ya its o.k. to drink. eat more carbs. not alot .

If your blood sugar levels were in normal test ranges after this don't worry. If your doctor is not worried you shouldn't be either.
