As we all known that chronic kidney disease can be caused by hypertension and hypertension can lead to chronic kidney disease as well. After patients are diagnosed chronic kidney disease, overtime, creatinine level will be higher and higher. Urea level will also elevated at the same time. How to control this situation? We should firstly control the reason for Creatinine level 5.8 and Urea152,that is also to say, we need first control the hypertension and chronic kidney disease.

Talk with your doctor or pharmacist. They are the only ones who should provide you with medication usage/dosage/adjustments, not strangers on an Internet health forum.
