Avoid all sweet fruits and all starchy vegetables.  Even a medium sized apple has about 20g of carbs.   Small amounts of berries are often considered to be low carb.

Green leafy vegetables and low carb vegetables are fine.   This will include lettuce, cabbage, spinach, asian and western greens, celery, cucumber, tomato, capsicum, green beans, okra, egg plant, and others.

Hope this helps.
