Did you have anything at all to eat before your test? I made the mistake of not properly fasting and bam, I triggered the test to be such that I then had to do the 4 hour test. Torture. I was fine, no gestational diabetes but they had to know for sue. Here is the normal guideline for third trimester:
    Before a meal: 95 mg/dl or less
One hour after a meal: 140 mg/dl or less
Two hours after a meal: 120 mg/dl or less

So, one hour after a meal, 140 is fine. more than two hours, 120 or less is what they are looking for.

In general, if your blood sugar level is below 100 mg / dL after fasting for at least 8 to 10 hours, then your blood sugar is normal. Blood sugar levels are usually lowest before each meal.

In the event that you had a fasting blood glucose test, a dimension somewhere in the range of 70 and 100 mg/dL (3.9 and 5.6 mmol/L) is viewed as ordinary. In the event that you had an arbitrary blood glucose test, an ordinary outcome relies upon when you last ate. More often than not, the blood glucose level will be underneath 125 mg/dL (6.9 mmol/L)
