Please i Need Help Am pre diabetic and Pregnant
Hello all. Please I need help and answers. What if in a day one does fasting three times that is after breakfast, lunch and dinner and notice the blood sugar is only high ie above 120 only once or maybe twice, am I and my baby still safe? Or is itokay?

If your blood sugar is only slightly high (target is less than 140 all the time) then your baby is likely fine. However diabetes in pregnancy trends to get worse as the pregnancy progresses, so you will need to keep monitoring, watching your duet, and working with your medical team, including medications if necessary, through the rest of your pregnancy.
