I look on the tracker here and the data in my spreadsheet for my own use. My doctor relies on my lab data provided to him before each visit. I use that data to vouch the reliability of my actual daily glucose readings.
Why don't you print out the MedHelp Tracker/s and give that to your doctor instead of copying and having to create a spreadsheet that does the same thing? Open the Tracker, place your mouse cursor over the Action down arrow [top right], select Print, choose your paper print size, then follow the prompts.
If you wish to save the Tracker to a say a USB Thumb/Flash drive, right click on area in the Tracker and select Save Image as....., select the drive and the image will be saved as a .png [portable network graphics] file to a folder on the USB drive.
I do use Excel & would like to try your spreadsheet. Also, I have been trying to copy the reports in medhelp to take with me to my doctor, with no luck. Is there a spreadsheet for this as well?
I don't track carbs but limit each meal to 60 or less.
Are you familar with Excel? I use an Excel spreadsheet to track my daily fasting and after lunch readings. It gives me my daily average, mean, maximum and minimum for 120,90, 60 and 30 days.
It also has a formula to convert readings to an indicated a1c level for the four time periods.
I would gladly make it available to anyone
Hopefully others who use the MH Diabetes tracker will come along and provide you with tips. In the meantime you can download the Atkins carb tool by Googling "atkins carbohydrate counter list". The food list is quite extensive and detailed and is 106 pages. Good luck
