Hello and welcome to the forum. That's certainly an interesting question and will admit that I have not heard of such an experience. Our chest and into our throat has a lot of muscles that can become tense and our body is all interconnected. Peripheral neuropathy is descried as tingling and pain, sometimes numbness and nerve issues which present as itchiness and is something that does happen with diabetes. https://www.medicalnewstoday.com/articles/325157  How well is your diabetes managed?
