can diabetes cause rashes

is sugar level high or low can we get rashes in the body , heat in body

In short, yes. And diabetes also can have complications of  blood vessel damage which can affect sweat glands. If those aren't working properly, The body can not let out the heat and cool efficiently. Have you talked to your doctor? And what is your normal sugar level? Do you monitor? Take medication?
