Hi. I m 32.Diabetic since 1yr.i m on metformin 500mg bid.RBS-200.i m suffering from nocturnal thirst nd polyuria.how can i get rid of it plz help

As I said BG is blood sugar it can be tested at any doctors office or clinic or you can buy a blood glucose meter most RX stores have them,and test it your self.

High BG (blood sugars) can cause thirst and excessive urination. How are your BG numbers.
Normal BG is 3.6 to 6.7 if your higher than that it can cause thirst and excessive urination.
