Hey. In 16 female and weight about 126lbs. I've lost about 7lbs since starting my workout but i still have a some weight around my stomach. I dont know how i get rid of it, can anyone help?

I would suggest some yoga and/or pilates

While abdominal workouts are good, only ruining can help you with that

Abdominal crunches/workouts!  They work a treat. I had a lot of belly fat after having my boy and doing little stomach exercises such as sit ups and jackknives etc. Work a treat. It helps tone the belly and turn the fat and skin into muscle and help get a flatter stomach xxxx
