I would suggest some yoga and/or pilates
While abdominal workouts are good, only ruining can help you with that

Abdominal crunches/workouts! They work a treat. I had a lot of belly fat after having my boy and doing little stomach exercises such as sit ups and jackknives etc. Work a treat. It helps tone the belly and turn the fat and skin into muscle and help get a flatter stomach xxxx
