haha i tried this today three times in a row....i have very strong leg muscles so i was able to withstand thirty minutes of it.....i also did the ab workout that they have too.....boy this is a great one......i'll use my wii fit everyday too like gokuangel said haha cant wait!!

oh you aint weak! If you are even doing it thats great!! I still can NOT manage that move!! i just hop around how ever i can when she does that you know to keep moving as she says lol!!
I have to say I am dissapointed with myself - by the time it gets to the one leg hoping over the line I can only manage about 5....gosh Im weak!

I love this one!! This is the one i do every other day in fact and how i found spark people that and Trudie mentioned she was using it!! It's a great way to get started i actually lost my first 6 lbs doing this vid. and my wii fit everyday!!!
