30 minutes of exercise today, who is with me?

The goal is 30 minutes of exercise a day for five days a week.  A good jumping off point.  If it is more or you do more, great!  This is a common goal though to shoot for when you've not been very active.  

Note:  I saw a meme that sums it up for me . . . "you never know how long a minute is until you start to exercise".
