Hello I heard about raspberry ketone helps you burn fat and lose weight, which brand would u all recommend? Has anyone tried this and is it worth buying?
I have just looked on a site called "Words Of Wellness" where it is disputed that raspberry ketone is effective in weight loss. You may find it interesting reading. I eat lots of rapberries when they are in season, but the article states that the ketone is not derived from raspberries at all. It is synthetic!!
