Some insurance companies will cover breast reduction if it's causing other health issues, such as back pain. If you have insurance check with your carrier. If you don't, go to your local County Health Dept and check. While Medicaid would not pay for breast reduction for aesthetic purposes, they might, if it's causing other health issues. Never hurts to check all the options.
In the meantime, you can try wearing minimizer bras to help you look smaller. Be sure you have bras with good support, as that will enable you to exercise more, as well. Good bras tend to be expensive, but for those of us who are "well endowed", it's well worth the cost.
I think so too but I don't have that kind of money right now so is there any excercise I can do to make em smaller?

I think you would be more comfortable and feel more willing to exercise with smaller boobs, but find a great surgeon.
Yeah I have lower back pain but my physio says that isnt from my boobs. I think because the proportion to the rest of my body is off.
You got back pain? I have a 38H bust with bigger thighs, and have no problem. But I'm also overweight. You might need reduction done if pain persists.
