Hey guys and gals...I'm new to this and I am looking for buddies to help push me along. I'll give you a background of myself. I am 26 with three kids. I just had my youngest in December. I am so ready to be happy again with my body. I am 220 lbs and I'm sick of not being able to buy the clothes I want or I just get disgusted if it don't fit right. I have had this app for awhile and I forget to add my intakes and exercise.  Maybe if I had a couple of buddies it wouldn't be so bad and I would actually remember. So what do you say let's kick excessive weights ***!!!

Good afternoon, I am also new here and like u i can use the backing of some buddies on my journey. I will b 38 in October, 2 boys 16 and 13. I am 5'3" and i weigh about 180-190lbs. I would like to get to at least 150lbs but my goal is 135-140lbs.
